"The purpose of psychotherapy is to set people free" Rollo May
Life isn’t always straightforward. It can feel overwhelming when you are struggling to cope with difficult choices and feelings on your own.
Whether you are in crisis, struggling to change, or striving to take important life decisions, my work focuses on creating a reflective space where you can gain more meaningful insight and better self-awareness to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings.
We work together to explore your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable to enable you to effect positive changes.
Art(s) therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses imagination, art making and creative processes in the context of a therapeutic relationship.
Therapy offers you the chance to speak to a non-judgemental person who will listen carefully and will work with you to improve your situation.
